"The hustle and bustle of action is an exciting
visit to the world of skilled people and powerful machines. Watch
saws whirling, sawdust and chips flying, and trees and logs being cut
and moved. Throughout the book all the logging and milling
activity is surrounded by healthy, growing trees which will provide wood
for future harvests." - George Buzzell, Orleans County (VT) Forester
